Delivery Information

Carriers

Unless otherwise specified, we will ship your order via UPS (United Parcel Service). We can also ship via Fedex, DHL or USPS (US Postal Service). We can also use your account number.




We can ship small packages or heavier items on pallets or crates. We can arrange LTL freight, ocean or air transport for you or work with your freight forwarder.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges can be determined by completing an order or quote online. We can also provide this for you if you contact us by phone, fax, or email.

The product prices do not include shipping or insurance. Our default method is to pre-pay the shipping and add it to your invoice. We charge the standard UPS rates. We do not normally charge handling fees. We will gladly provide shipping quotes if requested, and can also provide weight and dimensions. If you require a Pro Forma Invoice, please let us know if you want us to quote shipping or if you will use your carrier account number.

We will normally send you the tracking number of your shipment via e-mail once the item has shipped. For this reason it is important that you include your e-mail address on your registration or quote.

Taxes

We are only authorized to collect sales tax for shipments to addresses in Florida. For all other locations, the purchaser is responsible for paying any uncollected taxes or duties to their local authorities.

Urgency

We normally ship UPS Ground in the US, UPS Standard to Canada and UPS Express Saver to all other locations.

If you require any other types of urgency or carrier, we need you to clearly specify this information on your order.

Non-urgent items will typically ship in 3 or 4 days depending on our testing order backlog. We can often ship urgent orders the same day. We do not charge extra for this, but base it on your use of expedited shipping options. Let us know how urgent your requirements are and we will do our best to ship the same day you order.

It is also possible to do same day (counter-to-counter, or point-to-point) shipments for emergency situations.



RETURN POLICY

Warranty

The warranty term is 1-year from date of shipment unless stated otherwise in the description of the part. We warrant that the item will be free of functional defects that may occur under normal operating conditions within the warranty period. If a defect occurs, we will either: send you a new unit, repair your unit or refund your purchase price based upon our availability. You must contact us for a return authorization and then return the defective unit to us within 30-days after reporting the defect. In most cases, XXXXXXX will pay for return shipping and the shipping of the replacement using its approved shipping method.

THIS WARRANTY IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES; EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THAT WE DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES EXCEPT ACTUAL DAMAGES UP TO, BUT NOT EXCEEDING, THE AMOUNT PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED OF SAME.

Non-Warranty

If you are dissatisfied with a product you may return the product within 30 calendar days of the invoice date. A 20% restock administration fee will apply to all non-warranty returns unless otherwise stated. Products that are “Factory New” are subject to the return policy of the manufacturer.
